QRIS: Leadership Best Practices 4: Managing Difficult Conversations

Conflict resolution is a skill that needs a class on its own and this is that class. We will explore different types of confrontation and ways to mitigate conflict using many of the techniques discussed in this series. Through healthy learning communities, positive team dynamics, and congruent policies and expectations, participants will be prepared to manage those difficult conversations head-on.
