Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Minutes

52 Resiliency Pauses to Promote Individual and Collective Wellness

The Community Resiliency Model (CRM) from the Trauma Resource Institue is a wellness model base don six wellness skills that can be used for self care to restore balance to our mind, body and spirit.  It can be used with children and adults to help regulate the nervous system.

Sarah Vining, of Worthy WE, in collaboration with SD ECE, created these weekly CRM Minute Resiliency Pauses for use in childcare across the state.  Directors are encouraged to share these CRM minutes with staff during meetings, hang them up for simple visual reminders, and to promote wellness in the workplace.  Family child care programs are also encouraged to use these reminders each week.
